Exchange & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Please send us a video of the purchased items and send to our email at mummacuddles88@gmail.com or you may visit our store located at Level 1, Vision City, Megamall within 48 hours from the time of purchase. Request made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Item replacement will be granted upon approval of the exchange request. Refunds or cancellation are not permitted.
