At Mumma Cuddles, we are committed to providing quality products and a pleasant shopping experience both in-store and online. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly assist with an exchange.
* Items must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery
* Products must be unused and in their original condition
* Exchange is subject to inspection and stock availability
Once approved, a replacement of the same item will be arranged.
2. Cancellations
Orders that have been confirmed and processed are considered final.
Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been completed.
We kindly encourage customers to review all product details, sizes, colors, and quantities carefully before finalizing their order.
3. Refunds
Refunds are not available for confirmed purchases.
Refund consideration is only applicable if an item is verified to be defective or damaged and cannot be replaced, subject to inspection and approval.
4. Change of Mind
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
5. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale or bulk purchases, exchanges are limited strictly to verified defective or damaged items reported within the agreed timeframe.
Size or design exchanges are not available for bulk orders.
