Shipping policy

We offer deliveries within Port Moresby City limits. For outside Port Moresby, shipping are made through DHL, TNT or CAL with deliveries typically within 3-10 days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, carrier delays).

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated upon checkout.

When collecting packages from the local carrier offices, please provide a valid ID for verification.

We ensure that all items are in good condition before packing and dispatching orders. However, we are not liable for any damages incurred to the products during transit.
